The Final Swig
Our second activity was the VSP which stands for visual story-telling project. We had one limitation - no dialogue. This is our time putting on the director’s hat and working with actors to tell an original idea. I definitely ran into issues in the editing room when working with the music. Coming from a background of dance, I was a slave to cutting the shots to match the beats. Since I was using music from Adobe Premiere, I didn’t have a tone of control beyond song selection. But we had so much fun filming. Ironically, all my actors are primarily tea drinkers.

We got to work with BlackMagic cinematic cameras, but all my batteries died the morning of the shoot, so I resorted to the cinematic setting on my iPhone 14
